What are the shipping times for your products?

  • We take 24 hours to process your order and it will arrive within 2 to 4 days.

Delivery information

  • We ship your orders with the utmost care. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery method chosen. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the progress of your package. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us!

Do you ship worldwide?

  • Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide!

Do you provide product tracking/tracing information?

  • Yes, 24 hours after your order you will automatically receive your Mondial Relay tracking number by email. If this is not the case, do not hesitate to ask us for it by email: gazselection.sav@gmail.com

Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?

  • To err is human! If by some misfortune an item is missing from your order, send us a message on our social networks or contact us by email at support. We will contact you quickly to send you the missing item.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

  • We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the support email address and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

  • We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can however track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

  • We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course process the payment, provided that the claim is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) concerned are not on sale.
